You are not in immigration HELL!!! STOP It!!. It just takes time. I know you are anxious an fustrated, we have all been there, heck I'm still there :hehe: . Your time line states that your case left NVC and arrived in Kingston the next Day? That's not likely to happen, is it? In our case, I was told that they send a computer file and a paper file. They will not schedule your interview date until they have the paper file. They will not even confim that they have the case with out the paper file. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

Hi all,

I have an interview question, can I punch holes in the documents that I am sending? of course I won't punch holes in the form I-134 or its evidence.... but the copies of the I-130 & 129f and rfe's I have so much stuff I have about 100 pages. so I got a flexible binder, and some dividers....I figured I could hole punch everyhting and send it that way... it would be neater, and it would be easy to access. I'm not sure if they keep the documents or make copies or anything like that. Any advice on the best way to send these documents...

IMO, DONT PUNCH HOLES , I have divided my papers with a divider and I am gonna use a accordian folder to put them in. I hav heard too much stories about this embassy so I wouldn't do anything to cause them to get upset ( even though it seems like they are always pmsing)

I don't remeber asking this but are you going to Jamaica for the interveiw.

I am sorry that you guys pakage have not been recieved has of yet.

For you guys who are now in the final stage and the ones who have passed it already ( getting ready for the interveiw)

Did you ever get to the point where you began thinking : maybe, just maybe this is not the right thing to do? or I have waited too long and I really can't wait another 2 months or so . so I am ognna give up?or even have nightmares about you SO being unfaithful and or just using you?

I feel deep down this is all because of the fact that I am getting nervous tha I am starting to feel this way but I can't help it. I am waiting on my husband to tell me if Package 3 has arrived yet. they said they mailed it already. I have been awakign with cold sweats since Monday and today his sistertold me some negative stuff. I am thinking I should get out, ubt I can't I love this man too much and I can't see me going through life without him.

How did you guys handle this part of it?

**Whew** I'm glad I asked before doing it.....I don't want him to have any Unnecessary drama at the embassy. I will not be attending his interview, I had a severe illness and it caused me to use all of my time off, and then some....so I won't be able to take any time off for a while, so he'll be on his own this time around :( I would have loved to go....
