Thanks for all your well wishes, I will pass them on to him. He is working second shift, so hopefully he can still go to his GED classes in the morning. Hours are 3 to 11:30 so I have to pick him up in a few hours. Cant wait to hear how it went!

Henry has that same shift. He goes to GED class in the morning, then comes home takes 1 hour power nap, eats lunch, packs a dinner and runs off to work. Now that we bought the pathfinder, he can nap a bit a longer or do some chores around the house, then drive to work. It's a B**ch on the (L) life, but you just have to remind yourself it won't be that way forever and try to stay awake once he gets home after midnight.:lol:

Hey all,

Well, I think day one went quite well. He had TWO 1/2 hour breaks where they all took break together and eat and chat it up. And they were friendly with him, but he said a LOT of walking, and his muscles are a bit sore. I know the supe told him he would be REAL sore for the first two weeks til his body got used to it, but he wasnt near so sore as he was when he did the assembly line thing, that was a killer on him and his neck and back still hasnt recovered from it. He came home pretty happy I think. He did miss class this morning, he fully intended to go, but I did tell him I didnt expect it until he got in the groove a bit.

I dont know how Henry does it, Elizabeth. Lake was SOOO full of energy when he first came but now he is so fatigued all the time. I really dont know whats causing it, and it worries me, cuz its not like him. He was telling me the other folks working there are doing two jobs, and I asked him if he wanted to do that, and he said he barely feels like he can do one. He would LIKE to do two, but just doesnt feel up to it.

On another note, I have been going to the Akin's natural food store now and again, to buy different things. Well, I signed up for one of their promotions, they called me last night and I won a six month supply of some kind of detoxifying mango juice. Wippeeee! That stuff is expensive! I love their products but if I buy 4 things it will cost me over $50.

It would be hard to pick any ONE thing that I love bout my honey the most, maybe its the way he murmurs "Good morning, Sweetie" every morning? I dearly love that. When I was giving him the list of things I wanted HIM to tell me...such as at night..."Good night, I love you"...HE TOLD ME...he wanted a big hug and a good morning, sweetie...sooooo, he has to remind me most the time, but I am learning too...it makes me giggle that HE had a demand...

Welcome,

Our embassy experience is posted under Embassy/USCIS reviews. Wish I could be of more help but I didn't attend with husband so his "report" is posted.

It's always better to be over-prepared than under-prepared when dealing with Kingston. Include plane receipts, phone bills, lots of photos, postal letters and cards (if any), and any other supporting docs that can prove you have a legitimate relationship. And of course, don't forget the bank letter, employer letter, copies of paystubs, copies of bank statements, and three years tax history.

Hey Ten (Leo) (F) good to see you round these parts again
