Well, my hubby starts work today...wish him luck. He is excited! I hope things go well for him, I talked to the supe he will be under and he seems a bit spacey.

He is in the kitchen getting his supper ready to take with him. The man amazes me, he brooms the house, does the dishes up after he cooks, cleans up after ME more than half the time, always helps with groceries, etc, etc. I told him this weekend, he wont want to clean any more on the house, since his job will be cleaning the school all day, he will be burnt out on it.

HI Guys

I have been living in hell. I made the biggest mistake of my life, i have created my own hell. For those who remember me, I need your help, please. I'm so stressed out and don't know what else to do. Craig's been here for 8months now and i have tried to make it work, he has changed too much, this is not the man I married. I asked him to do one thing (ask for a temp work stamp) he came here telling me he forgot. I stopped going to school to support him. He is lazy and the most important think to him is music video. If I past out in the room he wouldn't even notice. I don't want to be mean and send him back but I'm very sick and I cant do this any more. I'm very unhappy and I suffer from Bi-polar dissorder that makes me upset all the time. What can I do. I need some input. Thanks

P.S. Tell me if this is a man that cares: He came in one day crying on the floor walk over me pick his clothes up and left with his friends for the park. He never even called to see if I was ok. I know Jamaican men are laid back but please be honest.

I hope that you can get some counseling to help make the decisions you need to make. Pray about and ask God to help you through this. I feel for you and wish you the best. You are not alone and not the only one to go through this. We are all here to support you regardless.

Went to the Embassy to-day re. missing digit from passport of my son. They say it should not be an issue and did not change it. Hope this is really so for our sakes.

Thanks all for the well wishes. He cooked up some scrambled eggs with tomatoes and onions and put it in a burrito wrap and thats what he took for lunch. I love the way he cooks them. He is a fantastic cook too.

Yea, he is quite the sweetheart. I really fall more and more in love with him every day, sometimes so much it scares me. I have had a lot of angst teaching him to TELL me what I want to hear, and to show affection. We had quite the talk last night, he says he has learned so much about how to make a relationship work, that he never knew or understood or learned in his country. He was so cold and distant at first, even tho he is a gentle, loving man, you would never have known it, so I despaired of how things might go with us. I know Elizabeth read my posting of despair, not sure anyone else in this forum did, but things have just gotten better and better since that time. He was oh so willing to learn tho, so without that, we couldnt have made it. Otherwise, I think things would have fallen to pieces by now. Our one year anniversary will be the end of next week, can you believe time passes so fast?

It makes me doubly sorry to hear of your troubles, Tawana, I will pray for you and yours and hope things come to a successful resolution. It really makes me realize how things could have gone either way with us, so I am really empathizing with your situation. Hugs to you.

We got a 2006 Saturn ION, its in the garage now, and we're loving it

My sister just got one of those a few months ago too. She loves it! She got the coupe but it has 2 little doors to get in the backseat so it's great. GM vehicles RULE (gotta keep me in business!)

Thanks for all your well wishes, I will pass them on to him. He is working second shift, so hopefully he can still go to his GED classes in the morning. Hours are 3 to 11:30 so I have to pick him up in a few hours. Cant wait to hear how it went!
