Thank you all for all the kind words. (F)

I have cried until every muscle in my body ache. Ladies I'm sure you can imagine my pain. I think I'm over the initial shock now.

Ladies Satin is strong. He is out to destroy everything that god created to preserve the human race. Especially marriage. I've descided to talk to no one but god about my situation. I love you all soo much. (L) I will tell you after hearing his side of the story. I have descided to work it out. Please don't judge me. I'm tired of running from situations like this. I rebuke the devil in the name of Jesus Christ!!!!! Through him, he heals ALL things. Please pray for that I stay strong as I have faith that my god will pull me through this.

Love Dee.

Dee you in my prayers. You are a stong woman and you deserve the best. I will never judge you only God have that right. Be strong and take care of yourself. (L)

If I didn't think the Embassy was Evil and incompetant before today, I DO NOW!!! After being told on Friday that my husband's case had been canceled and then calling back and having another women say they found it, but no Visa's had been issued.... TODAY, I call and was told the Visa's were issued on the 19th and he should have them by now. When I said he didn't and ask how to track them down, I was put on hold for 10 minutes and when she came back, she said Airpak would be picking them up from the Embassy tomorrow and he'd have on Weds! I'm so mad!! He could have flown home yesterday if someone had been doing there job!! Since I've gotten 3 different answers with 3 different calls we are waiting until we know Airpak has both Visa's before rebooking our flight. OH and on top of it all, my husband calls the Embassy this afternoon too and they refused to give him any information without his case number! That's pretty funny considering they've never asked me for our case number just his name, and they have NEVER asked me to verify who I am. The whole process is a joke. The worst part is I wanted to cuss them out, yet I don't dare until I have those Visa's in hand.

Oh'well, I did send two of my Congressmen emails regarding all the problems I've had with the Embassy. Maybe if they get enough complaints they will start looking into it.

Hope every one is having a great day!!

And Congrats to everyone who received Interview Dates!!

I was once told that the Embassy don't like taking calls from the nationals. They figured you were the USC so they didn't think to ask for verification.

The girl and her mother left eariler. The girl is protecting him. She stood in my living room crying. I let her see my wedding photos. He told her that as soon as he got his green card he was leaving me. The mother decided that they were not going to press charges sense she wont talk.

Nonetheless, it was nice being able to call the Drs. office to make his medical appt. & get such nice friendly helpful voices on the other end. They even said "Youre most welcome". Gotta love the Jamaican language!!!

Being Jamaican in a new environment I wonder if people will also think it's cute when I do say things like "You're most welcome" . I say that quite a lot. So far they just stare at me and Jay when we dine out. They'll get over it in time. Good luck, Texas and the rest of you guys with interviews coming up.

After living in Jamaica for 12 years, I went back to the UK. I still had my English accent and that caused huge problems. I remember going into a shop and buying a coat and asking them if it would be warm enough for the entire winter and them looking at me like I was crazy....Or people asking me if I was from Birmingham (one of the larger English cities) and me asking where that was....or me looking at the coins carefully since I wasn't familiar with the money, yet speaking with a perfect English accent...A nightmare lol!

Rhonda how was your trip? What was the best part of it? What did you guys do?

Thanks for asking. It was awesome!! We went on a catamaran cruise and snorkeled with giant sea turtles. We rented a little, bitty car and drove around the whole island. We went to a wild life reserve and saw lots of monkeys and other animals - the animals were NOT caged there so you could go right up to them as long as they didn't get scared and run away :D We did a LOT of relaxing and laying around by the pool and on the beach and swimming in the ocean. It was very nice but very expensive there! The best part was that it was hot and sunny - the total opposite of Michigan weather :dead:

Eric, congratulations! It is about time.

Smilely, finally.... Best wishes.

Well, last week went one Social Security office and would not process his application for his temporary number so we went to another one yesterday and no problems or questions asked. Grrrrrrrrrrr. Left work early last week and took yesterday off. Good thing I have plenty of time but that is not the point.

Hopefully I will have AOS and EAD finished by Thursday to mail out.

We have been car shopping too. Too much going on but his job will be starting in about 3 weeks.

Our first crisis...Sunday he did not come to work with me so the kind soul he is he decided to make dinner. He put a pan of oil on the stove (he is not used to an electric stove) and went to do something else, forgot about it and needless to say I will be papering and painting my kitchen over. Black soot everywhere!!! Ceiling, walls, floor, cabinets, in my dining room.......

Could I get mad?? Deep down inside I was pissed but to have it come out on him, what would be the sense.

So needless to say he is trying to clean the ceiling before beginning to paint.

What a weekend!

WE ARE DONE!!!
