GOD IS SO GOOD!!! INTERVIEW SUCCESSFUL. MY MAN IS COMING HOME TO MAMA.

Hello family!!!

Congratulations

Is there anyone here who can or will help me with the questions I've posted?????

Here's some ideas of other stuff to send:

Pictures of the two of you together

Plane ticket stubs from your visits down there

Copies of your passport stamps from your visits down there

Hotel receipts

They're talking about the dreaded "s" word here for Monday. - but 18 miles driving on ice is no joke.

Yeah, tell me about it  I hate winter. It's been raining here non-stop and now the temperature is dropping so everything is going to freeze. I have about 25 miles to drive each way

GOD IS SO GOOD!!! INTERVIEW SUCCESSFUL. MY MAN IS COMING HOME TO MAMA.

Hello family!!!

The interview was actually painless. I was only asked two questions 1) When we met? 2) Where did we meet? They asked Verton a total of six. The only one he couldn't answer was do I have any pets and he told them he didn't know but I never talked about any. Which was true because i don't have any  . They also asked when did he propose and he said on my first visit  . She then asked how was he so sure i was the one and he answered that when we met we connected and it felt like we had know each other a life time already. After she loked at several 200.00 cell phone bills there was no question about the truth of a relationship. Thank you family for all you information and advice. I will be posting a review of the embassy as soon as my feet touch the ground I am so happy.

Woo-hoo! Congrats! I am so excited for you!

I just wanted to thank everyone for the answers to my questions! Everyone is so helpful here! I won't be online again until next week, I have to buckle down and study for my finals.

To those of you with pending interviews, good luck! I can't wait to read some good news when I return!

Sonshyne: I am in the same boat as you. My cell phone provider was Cricket but I spoke to customer service and they told me I could request a copy of international long distance calls for $5.00. I will try and let you know if this works. There is ALWAYS a solution, just keep bugging your provider and explain to them what and why you need something! I just recently switched to T-mobile and now I have lists of text messages sent to Marlon and calls I make. The only thing that sucks is that I pay $1.09 per minute :( But, it will all be worth it when he is finally here with me :P So good luck and don't get discouraged or overwhelmed!

To those waiting to be touched etc., hang in there, my thoughts and prayers are with everyone!

Bye for now, until next week!

Anything you have that proves anything will be good. Keep trying witht the phone company -- maybe you can ask to speak with a Supervisor. I was freaked out because I only had one picture of the two of us together to send with the K1.....and it wasn't a problem.

Don't forget -- you can do a Affadavit from people you know who can "attest" to your relationship. Don't know how much it helps but it is just another thing. I sent one from my friend who was with me when Roy and I met.

Finally the snow storm is coming FA la la la la.... We should have 6 to 12 inches by noon tomorrow. My students want a snow day. Hey how did you all come up with you screen names?
Jax -- I am in the "southern suburbs" -- it rained/sleeted all night and only started snowing here at 7:00am. It's coming down pretty hard now but the ground is so wet......wish I had a snow day :crying:

Yeah T-Mobile is high :o I had them for a while, thru the cell phone co I'm with now... it's .33 per minute. But I use a calling card to call JA and it's like .22 per minute.

You can use a calling card with your T-mobile phone... Look at the web site www.mobilecaller.com This maybe of help to you and everyone else looking to use calling cards. Have a good weekend!!

One Luv (L)

Thanks Jax -_- ; just rub it in for those of us who have to work today :P .

Enjoy your snow day

Sorry Michele  It looks like all schools in northern IL area were shut down today. Where I live they are saying 11inches to 16 inches.

Jax -- I am in the "southern suburbs" -- it rained/sleeted all night and only started snowing here at 7:00am. It's coming down pretty hard now but the ground is so wet......wish I had a snow day :crying:

They didn't cancel school by you? That is a shame it started to late? Is there a lot on the ground now? Now I can really get into a Christmas spirit. Snowmobiling today hopefully when roads clear. My hubby asked me when he gets here if he can go so I am getting him trained well. He just wanted to make sure I had heat in the house  .

It's been 60-70 degrees here this week...not bad for November. No snow in sight.

Thats the weather we had here until Wed. afternnoon. I think the storm is heading out east now.

They only cancelled the private and privately-run schools -- everyone else is back at it. It looks like it his stopped here now.....I'm really bummed..... :hehe:..... I wanted it to be a bad storm so I could stay home and put up the tree -- it's so much better to do it when it is snowing outside...
