Good Morning Everyone

It looks like interviews are coming one after another  I would like to congradulate everyone who has gone thru it  And send out best wishes to those who have them coming up  .

I am starting to wonder what is going on with my case, I haven't heard anything... Not even a touch

I don't understand why Calif. is so slow  I haven't received any RFE's so I guess that is a good thing.

I have a question about the proof of relationship...

1. They ask for phone bills... He has digicel which we all know, they don't get a bill but he has saved all the phone cards. The cell phone co. I'm with doesn't do bills either. We talk on the phone just about everyday, but don't have visual proof.

2. They want to see envelopes with post marks... We have sent letters (cards) thru the mail, but very few.

My question to you all is... Did anyone have to produce these items, if so was there any problems if you didn't have them?

Is there anyone here who can or will help me with the questions I've posted?????

I know I'm probably not much of help but I do know proof of relationship will be required no matter what. If not provided then he might be issued a slip for further info. Do you have records on your cell phone calls...maybe online or something? What about monthly statements? Use the letters you have and what about pictures?

You can call the phone card company and ask them to send you a record of your calls.

Well, I feel u on the digicel thing. What I'm planning to do is just download my Sprint phone bill off line since I don't receive a paper statement, and just highlight all my direct JA calls. I also use a phone card, and I plan to bring that in and highlight that number on my phone bill as well. This number is a 800 number and shows up EVERYDAY on the bill, so they'll see that I'm not lying...as far as the postmarked envelopes go..we have none...but we DO have cards (about 5) that were sent, and then there's the pics, hotel receipts, the passport stamps, and a Western Union receipt that was sent a couple a weeks ago. If they need more evidence, not quite sure what I'm going to do...maybe they can watch us argue--that'll DEFINITELY prove that we're in love and that the relationship is real!!:lol::bonk::bonk:

They're talking about the dreaded "s" word here for Monday. I don't mind it snowing if I'm at home, sitting in front of the fireplace sipping cocoa. But if I have to drive in it or shovel it- :crying: . They rarely let us leave work early. I used to have a 32 mile commute but since I moved I'm only 18 miles from work. That's better- but 18 miles driving on ice is no joke.

George had prepaid Cable & Wireless, and they don't generally provide itemized lists of calls, but the embassy gave him the "blue sheet" and told him to give it to Cable and Wireless, and sure enough, with some nagging and horsing around, Cable and Wireless gave us the last 6 months of his phone calls to here.

oh I forgot my name is really makes no sense. It is just a company name that sells a line of student band books. I had no clue what to write and it sounds okay.

Thank you to everyone for the info. I don't know what he will do about the proof of phone calls  For that matter neither do I.. My cell phone co. is one that doesn't produce any type of bill :crying: the caling card is an online calling card so once again... NO bill.

BG my cell phone is like my life line.. I never leave home without it  I never use my house phone not even when I'm home. Thanks for the idea... I'd better start using it, I never thought about the fact that the calls even from a calling card would show up on that bill.

The upside to things are that I do have plenty other things: western union receipts, iteneraries, pictures, some mail, and of course visa stamps

I just wasn't sure if the non proof of phone calls was goning to be an issue.

Thanks again ladies for the help

How will I know where the AOS interview will be?
Sorry....it's actually called a "Local Office" Looks like there is one in Phoenix and a "Sub-Office" (whatever that is) is in Tucson.

GOD IS SO GOOD!!! INTERVIEW SUCCESSFUL. MY MAN IS COMING HOME TO MAMA.

Hello family!!!

The interview was actually painless. I was only asked two questions 1) When we met? 2) Where did we meet? They asked Verton a total of six. The only one he couldn't answer was do I have any pets and he told them he didn't know but I never talked about any. Which was true because i don't have any  . They also asked when did he propose and he said on my first visit  . She then asked how was he so sure i was the one and he answered that when we met we connected and it felt like we had know each other a life time already. After she loked at several 200.00 cell phone bills there was no question about the truth of a relationship. Thank you family for all you information and advice. I will be posting a review of the embassy as soon as my feet touch the ground I am so happy.

Congratulations :thumbs::yes:
