Hi,

I'm applying for the IR/CR1 visa and the NVC is now doing its final processing, they have all the paper work and it will take 2-4 weeks from there, my question is what are the interview dates looking like now? I'm thinking the interview will be in january because if it takes up to 30 days to get an interview then that will be the timeframe i'm working with. Who has an interview date in mid or late December? anyone Yet? I love Jamaica at Christmas time, but the tickets are always expensive, so I'm anticipating an interview soon but i'd kinda love to miss the Christmas Rush.. nah Mean? lol thanks Cam

I'm not sure how much truth it has but a friend of mine in JA told me the Embassy will be closed after the move for the rest of month of Dec. He has been working w/a lawyer b/c his wife is filing for his son and was told by the Embassy they will not be able to conduct interviews until Jan. Maybe you should try calling them.

Back to the grind yippee... Bring it on! Christmas is here. The Bears better win next week. I know they will what am I saying I will be cheering them on and freezing my bummper off!! I wish it was snowing here to hot in the Midwest. Bring on the snow. I can't wait for Friday they say snow another big yippee. Please Santa bring lots of snow this year! It is time for me to take out my sliegh.

Jax you have GOT to be kidding!!!! I wish it could stay this way for the next couple of months. I HATE the snow.....heck I hate the cold!!!

Well let's hope I don't need another form! Arggghhh!!! lol

Anyway, here is the link for the pics from my trip to Jamaica that I was unable to upload. Enjoy!

You guys don't like the snow and cold  Yes I am strange I love sitting at bears games when its 8 below zero cheering on the team. Maybe thats because the womans line gets short when the weather gets colder. Did someone say we are going to pay for this nice weather. Yippee I can't wait!! Then my snowmobile can come out. I told hubby he is going on a trip I don't know if he is up for this adventure yet. I just love adventures. When you ride a snowmobile you are really hot and sweating all the time. So he should be fine riding one once he gets the snowmobile suit on. Oh my gosh what about sleding!! I love going to the woods out here and making a fire and drink hot coco why you sled down the hill. Yes I am a big kid. snow please come in bucket loads!! Don't wack me over the head please Rhonda again.....

The one nice thing about the warm weather was putting up the lights outside.

Shauna any word on Mike's Visa???

Oh boy I need some help getting these kiddie Christmas songs out of my head! I can't believe my first program is next week. Two long weeks ahead of me. Then I finally can go to Jamaica and sleep all day. Yes I am crazy sleep in Jamaica and rest is the best. I have done everything there I want. This will be my last trip until the visa interview.

Tanya how was your visit today any good news?

How many parties do you all attended usually during the holiday season? What kind of parties do you attend family, work, friends?

I have 7 so far that I am invited too exculding new years eve. New years eve I will be at the Bears game what else.

Cam it looks like I am right behind you. I am preparing my paper work for NVC right now the DS-230. I would say with the closing of the Embassy in December. (Like Anna I heard this from one of my immigration officer friends). THat your interview would probably be around late January. So you don't need to worry about a high ticket cost in December. I bought my ticket in August when Air Jamaica had a sale because I know those tickets are expensive. I will be waiting to see when they foward your paper work to Kingston and how your husband does with packet 3 and 4. Take and All the best!!

Jax
