Most of the crime in LA takes place in some pretty well-known areas. Areas that most people wouldn't go.

But BY knows all, he's been to LA of course and knows the ins and outs of crime statistical data. If you knew anything about L.A. you'd know that BY, but of course as per usual, you're ignorant and uneducated as to the facts of the matter.

NO, he did a google street view, so he knows the city inside and out.

of course, he couldn't have survived a day in LA.. every brown person he saw, he'd assumed that person was a latino(ergo, gangmember=criminal)..
