Hi Everyone,

I'm filling out the G-325A form and came across some things that are confusing me (that will probably also come up on the other AOS forms):

1) I am asked for our "File Number" and in another space the "Alien Registration Number." I imagine these were given to us in the K1 process, but I'm not sure what they are or where to find them.

2) Where it reads "this form is submitted in connection with an application for:" I think I answer Status as a Permanent Resident, but I'm not sure if I should in fact put in Naturalization. My wife entered as my fiance on a K1, we married and are now doing the next round of forms. Am I correct about Status as Permanent Resident?

3) Where it asks about residences for the last 5 years, in the given space, I can only fit residences for the last 4 or so. Should that be no problem, should I hand write in a note?

3A) Below the residences for the last 5 years question, there is another question that reads, "Applicants last address outside of the US of more than one year." It seems like they just answered that! Do they mean outside of her country of origin, or do they want me to repeat the earlier information?

Thanks and best to all!

K

1. You can find your A# in the approval notification of the I-129F, the NAO2.

2. You can check the box "Other" and the type AOS, form I-485.

3. You should list all addresses where you've lived in the past 5 years. If you don't have enough room, you can attach a separate sheet of paper with the info.

3A. Write the last address you lived at outside the US. It may seem redundant but some people using this form for AOS have lived here in the US for more than 5 years and they still need to give this information.
