Hey guys,

In anticipation of a RFE, I would like to send in new copies of G325A forms since my earlier ones had stupid little mistakes all over it. (One wrong date, wrong box ticked, no sign in native alphabet). My husband spoke to someone at USCIS and they were very reassuring that our forms are all fine, but I am a worrywart and knowing our luck we will be RFE'd.

What is the mailing address for the California Service Center?

Does anyone have it or can point it out to me?

And also, will it be okay if I type, print and sign and then scan the forms to my husband who can send them along with his set of G325As?

Or should I snail mail the originals?

If you send scans its likely you will get RFEd for original signatures and original forms.

I would suggest you wait till you get an RFE to send in the information they request IF you even get one. If you try to send the papers now its likely that all your papers you send wont meet up with the rest of your case.

Okay. Thanks for your suggestion. I think I'll just send them to my husband now and he can hold on to them JUST in case we get RFE'd. Then he can overnight them. Hopefully, they'll overlook these stupid mistakes.

UGH. Fine, I'll wait. It's not enough that I have to wait/hope impatiently for a NOA2 NOW I have something else to wait/hope for: NO friggin' RFE!
