USCIS encashed the check

Timeline

Last week I resend my daughter's AOS + I-130 filed by my usc husband. Today we check our bank balance & we found out they encashed already, so does it mean that they will process the application? Its a god news for us if they will.

Glad to hear any opinion.

It means they accepted your application. It says nothing about whether they will accept or deny it, it just means that the correct forms and payment was enclosed.

Now they will review the paperwork and case, and make a decision. The next step is that they will send you a receipt (with your case number on it) and also a biometrics appointment notice.
