Please help with information sent in Packet 3----Embassy in France

I just called the Department of State in the US......regarding our K1 fiance Visa

The girl told me that the US Embassy in Paris receivied our Packet 3 and processed our DS 230 part 1, and they are waiting for our DS 230 part 2 before giving us an interview date. Did you have to send them Part 2 of the DS 230 with your packet 3????? It DIDN'T state that they needed THAT! Only the DS 230 part 1 and the DS 2001 signed checklist!!!!

Please help!!!!!! I'm freaking out right now! The DS 230 part 2 is the sworn statement. Why would they want that now......My fiance can't sign it until his interview date anyway!!!! Or do they just want the paper........to just have it?

We have been waiting a month now for our packet 4 to come after they received our Packet 3.......

Do I fax the DS 230 part 2 to them.......?????

Mail it????????????

Nothing...I'm not surprised! Faxed the embassy 2 days ago....we called 2 more times...so we had 3 diffremt answers!!!! Unbelievable!! They are just sleeping zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz there! Or reading all of our post here on VJ
