I did. Follow the I-130 instructions for documents to submit for step-children and you won't miss anything. Key easy issues is no G325a but do need step-children's birth certificates and your marriage certificate in each child's I-130 filing.

Yes you are right....but im talking about the NVC processing there are some points that makes me confused like the payment of DS-3032 wich you can just pay the principal beneficiary and it carried the stepchildren.

Well, if you have questions, just ask. First, there is no DS-3032 "fee". Each person needing a visa will pay the same visa fee. Perhaps they'll let you get by with only one $70 AOS fee. Not sure on that. Call NVC and ask.

Did he pay three separate $70 AOS fees or just one?

I like the title of this thread. My wife has interview next month and this week we found out that we need to file I-130 for my step son. He is 7 years old. I'm going to send his I-130 this monday. Please let me know how much time it will take him for get approved from NVC. Is it possible for him to be approved and have interview with his mother next month?

Is there a way to link his I-130 with my wife's approved I-130?

My wife is not happy for missing his I-130 even though I had a lawyer too. We were going for K3 and then end up going for I-130 when it was approved quicker.

Thanks in advance

Yes the $400.00 needs to be paid for all three, that the visa fee. The AOS fee $70.00 caring over to all 3 petition because they are at NVC at the same time.

To clarify, the $70 fee is to process the I-864. The $400 fees are the visa application fees that must be paid for EACH visa applicant/intending immigrant.

Hi! I'm so glad to find this CR-2 filing thread i have a couple of questions for those who have started this process. My husband and i just got married here in Canada 2 weeks ago and we will be starting the application for CR1 and CR2 when we get our marriage certificate. My husband is living in US i am here in Canada under work permit and my son who is 15 yrs old is currently in the Philippines. Can my husband apply CR1 and CR2 at the same time? What are the needed requirements for my son's application?

thank you!
