Yoko visits America 9-5-2008 - 9-13-2008

I visit Japan 10-8-2008 - 10-14-2008

Yoko visits America 12-27-2008 - 1-2-2009

I visit Japan 4-12-2009 - 5-3-2009

K1 Packet sent 5-19-2009

Check to Homeland Security cleared 5-22-2009

NOA1 Received 5-21-2009

NOA2 Received 8-20-2009

NVC Received our case 8-31-2009

Received Packet 3 from Japanese Embassy 9-9-2009

Medical Exam in Japan 10-14-2009

Interview at American Embassy in Japan 11-2-2009

K1 Visa Received 11-5-2009

AOS Process

Yoko arrives to America 2-26-2010

Yoko and I finally get married 3-5-2010

Mailed I-485, I-131 & I-765 5-10-2010

NOA Received for I-485, I-131, & I-765 5-17-2010

Biometrics 6-11-2010

AP Approval Received 7-27-2010

08/17/2009 GC(10yrs) received

Moving to K-1 Progress Reports...

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

Congratulations!!! :dance: I was worried since I read your other sread, but I am glad that she got her passport back with visa stamp!! Hope AOS journey will go smooth!!

07-25-2009: I-129F was sent

07-29-2009: NOA1 date

10-06-2009: NOA2 date

10-17-2009: NVC date

10-27-2009: Received the packet from the embassy!!

10-29-2009: DS-230 Part I was faxed/mailed

12-07-2009: Interview and interviewer told me my application was apporved!

12-10-2009: Received my passport with K-1 Visa!!

01-13-2010: Entered the U.S.

Got married!!

~Post Visa: AOS journey~

01-25-2010: Applied for SSN

02-01-2010: Received SSN card

02-01-2010: Submit my marriage certificate along with 婚姻届 and applied for adding my married name on my passport at consulate

02-05-2010: Picked up my passport at consulate

02-19-2010: Received I-693 from civil surgeon

02-22-2010: I-485, 765 and 131 were sent

02-24-2010: All documents were recieved by USCIS

03-03-2010: NOA date

03-04-2010: Touched

03-05-2010: Check was cashed

03-08-2010: Received hard copy of NOAs

03-12-2010: Received a Biometrics apointment letter

03-22-2010: Biometrics

03-23-2010: Touched for I-485 and 765!

05-03-2010: E-mail notification of I-131 being approved and EAC being ordered.

05-04-2010: Touched for I-765 and 131

05-05-2010: Touched for I-131

05-08-2010: Received I-131 approval document

05-12-2010: E-mail notification again of I-765 approved and EAC being ordered...?

05-21-2010: E-mail notification of I-765 approval document was mailed.

05-24-2010: Received EAC

December 18, 2008 - Touched. (Change of address made.)

April 16, 2009 - NOA2!!!

April 20, 2009 - NOA2 hard copy received.

April 21, 2009 - Case sent to U.S. embassy in Japan.

May 8, 2009 - Police Certificate requested.

May 19, 2009 - Police Certificate received.

May 21, 2009 - Packet 3 received!

May 22, 2009 - Packet 3 sent.

May 26, 2009 - Medical Examination @ Tokyo British Clinic.

May 27, 2009 - Request interview.

May 28, 2009 - Interview date received.

May 29, 2009 - Pick up Medical Exam results.

June 20, 2009 - Bronson comes to Japan!

June 22, 2009 - Interview (8:30am) Passed!

June 27, 2009 - Passport with visa received.

July 7, 2009 - POE Hawaii.

August 1, 2009 - Wedding.

September 28, 2009 - Sent I-485 to Chicago, IL.

October 6, 2009 - NOA.

November 10, 2009 - Biometrics.

December 1, 2009 - EAD approved.

December 9, 2009 - Employment authorization card sent.

January 21, 2010 - AOS interview 12:30

January 22, 2010 - Card production ordered, notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

January 29, 2010 - Welcome Letter received.

February 2, 2010 - Approval Notice sent.
