HELP - Cover Sheet on filing a petition - CR1

Good Day Fellow VJ's....am here again asking questions like crazy....this has been proved helpful for me and my family...anyway, here is my quick question.....

1. Do I have to use "SEPARATE COVER SHEET" for my wife, and my two step daughters on filing the petition? OR just "ONE COVER SHEET" for all three?

2. Am i paying $355 each for CR-1 or $495.00 each?

3. Can my wife SIGN all the forms now "PUTTING THE DATE on it" eventhough we will file the petition month after?

I appreciate your input on this matter....God Bless us all...

I-130 ? seperate petition for each person.

Treat each I-130 seperately, with EVERYTHING.

Sure, she can sign all forms now. Also suggest you prep a DS-3032 NOW (even though it's MONTHS AWAY for NVC processing ).

Each Cover Letter. Should include a description of what you are petitioning for (I-130), a table of contents (list everything in the packet).

She can sign the form now. Original signature don't send copy, sign in blue ink.

G-325A filled out by the non-US Citzen spouse signed and dated. If you are using a newer version of the G-325A it may only contain one page for "Biographic Information". Be sure to make four copies of the completed "Biographic Information" page to submit with the package

Make TWO copies of the entire package before you send it in. This includes the money orders too. You want to have a perfect replica of the package you are sending in. All Forms that you submit must be originals with original signatures. Supporting Evidence that you submit may be photocopies. Retain ALL original supporting Evidence since the USCIS has the right to check them by issuing an RFE (Request For Evidence). If you receive an RFE, follow the direction exactly, and make two copies of what you sent back. During any future interviews the USCIS may also want to examine the original supporting evidence.
