Hello everyone,

Things are moving much faster than I thought they would. NOA1 on September 29 and NOA2 on November 5. What do I do now? That is the question. I have read the guides, but just want to check some things out. I already sent a copy of the I-129F Package to my fiancee. It says that I should also send her my I-134 plus proof of our ongoing relationship. Do I send this just to her, or to the USCIS office in Vermont, as well?

You send the I 134 to her only. She will be dealing with the consulate. But for now your petition will make its way to NVC and then on to the consulate. I suggest you check the guides and go to the NVC forum and also the cosulate forum to read up. Good luck

send everything to her. You are finished with the VSC, they never need to see you again until you apply for lifting conditions in about 2-1/2 years

Ok - 1 year of tax transcripts or 3 (for the I134)?

Just send a complete copy of the I-129, plus the I-134 etc. Look ahead to packet3 and those are the forms that will

go along with the I-134 and attachments. You are done with the USCIS and the next steps are all with the DOS/consulate.

I hand carried all of that last month, but I was overdue for a visit and it was a very productive one.

We got the NOA2 and received the packet3 letter by the end of the month.

She can go ahead with the police report & medical exam (as we did) even before getting the packet3 letter.

I had no confirmation that it had gone to the consulate except for the DHL tracking and that's what we did.
