Received email from NVC today, my interview is December 9, 2009 6.30AM.

great news! i want to share this to others who wants to re schedule their interview date

i asked my husband to email manila embassy last november 16, 2009 and got the reply today :

This is in reply to your inquiry of November 16, 2009, regarding the immigrant visa case of the referenced individual. We have referred your message to the responsible processing team for appropriate action.

We have not received the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)-approved petitions filed on behalf of the applicants. The case is presently with the State Department’s National Visa Center (NVC) which schedules immigrant visa cases for us. We expect to receive the case file shortly. The applicant has been rescheduled for a visa interview on December 1, 2009. At that time, a consular officer will determine if he is eligible for a visa.

so try to email embassy now! and hope for an earlier date...my original date was december 10 and now it moved to december 1!

I failed to resched my interview via e-mail too...

We need to call VISA CALL CENTER to reschedule our interview, but when i called them, they said, they cannot reschedule it yet. we need to wait NVC to send our docs here in Manila, before they can reschedule our interview. huhuh!

Its too soon.

You need to wait for NVC Process to "Case Complete" and then send your case file to the US Embassy.

At this point I wouldn't count on getting any particular date.

i have a question , my husband was told to come back to the doc office on the 8th how do we know every thing is okay ? i don't get it his medical was on the 16 th and he has to go back and forth because of several things they got to do ? x rays , R rays , visionrays lol ,,

any ways what are they telling him to come back like two days from the interview

my case is K-1..got a letter from USEM with a case number saying my case is eligible to be schedule for a visa interview.and my fiance send me a scan copy of NOA2..
