Here's my interview experience...

Got December 08, 2009 interview (6:30AM)

Left in the house: 4:30AM

Arrived at US Embassy Manila: 6:40AM (a little bit late coz of car accident along South Luzon Expressway)

First, i presented my appointment letter and my ID to one of the guards at Immigrant / US Citizen Lane, then the guard told me to proceed to Gate 2 (NO electronic devices allowed and any liquid stuff). Upon entering Gate 2, they asked me to put my bag on the xray machine for bag screening then after that I followed the BLUE ARROW then the guard looked for my appointment letter again and fall in line to get my priority number, then my number flashed on the screen after 5mins. for pre-screening.

PRE-SCREENER QUESTIONS:

1) What is your name?

2) Who is your petitioner?

3) How did u meet?

4) When was the last time you saw him?

5) Proofs (Photos, Emails, Chat Logs, Remittances)

6) When did u get married?

7) Do you have previous marriage before this marriage?

8) How about your husband? Do he have previous marriage before this marriage?

After the pre-screening i was told to proceed to finger scanning, then after about 15mins. my number was flashed again on the screen for final interview. As I've entered the room I saw a tall white american ( i don't feel any nervous upon seeing him... hehehe... he's nice and in good mood).

FINAL INTERVIEW QUESTIONS:

2) Who is your petitioner?

3) Raise your right hand and swear...

4) How and where did u meet?

5) When did u get married?

6) Do you have previous marriage before this marriage?

7) How about your husband? Do he have previous marriage before this marriage?

VISA APPROVED...

CONSUL: wait for your number outside for instruction about releasing your visa.

ME: Thank you and have a nice day sir!

After just 1min. my number was flashed again on the screen and got the famous pink slip and proceed to Air21 booth to pay for my visa delivery.

Left in US Embassy Manila: 8:30AM (wow, that was so fast...)

That's it, as simple as that. The consul will just ask you and your husband's personal information...

Hello fellow VJ members, i had my interview this morning and got APPROVED . The consulate just asked me few questions, actually the pre-screener asked more than her.

I'd like to THANK YOU ALL for all you support and prayers, for always there willing to give answers if i had queries with this process.

Congratulations to those who have passed the interview!!!

My fiancee had her interview on 1 Dec but received the "white" because her police clearance from Japan was not ready yet. She received the call this morning that it is now ready and she is going to pick it up tomorrow and immediately turn it in to the USEM. We are so excited. I just hope that she gets her visa before Christmas. That is the only present I want this year!!!

Again, congrats to all who received the "pink". Good luck to everyone yet to interview or those waiting with the "white". I know how bad the waiting is, but one day very very soon we will be together.

also had dec 1 interview too but was already in white slip because they did not find my passport and medical reports that day! i emailed them last thursday and got response friday that they received medical reports and is now on review...and emailed them again yesterday and got response that is still on review..this process taking so long...and it's really not my fault that i dont have my medical reports that day because i am done with my medical oct 22! hoping i will receive my visa very soon..
