Hi All -

Quick question about an address change.

My husband has a temporary green card. We are still several months out before we will file for removal of conditions. We just moved and I would like to make sure I properly change our address. I would like to do this change online.

I read that I will need to "have ready"

"Your receipt notice or other notice we sent you showing your receipt number (if you have a pending case with USCIS)"

My question... Do I have a case pending with USCIS? I don't have anything pending right at this moment, but our case feels somewhat "pending." Thoughts? DO I enter a receipt number from past documents?

Any help from those who know the answer to this question would be greatly appreciated.

Grace and Peace,

Traci

No, you don't have anything pending at this moment, meaning you're not waiting for any kind of decision from the USCIS on something you sent them.

All you need to change his address is for him to fill out form AR-11 online and for you the sponsor to send in form I-865.
