I filled out a i-130 to bring my mother in the usa, but she got three kids under 21 do you think she would be able to bring them with her in the since i mentioned their names in the aplication.

If you only filed a single petition for your mother, then the answer is no. When a US citizen petitions for a parent, it is an Immediate Relative case. In Immediate Relative cases, derivative beneficiaries are not allowed. This means only the your mother would get a visa. No one else can get a visa. Mentioning children in the petition for your mother does not do anything for the children.

You will need to petition for your siblings on separate I-130s. Each child needs his/her own I-130. This means an 11-12 years wait for a visa for them.

Your mother as an LPR can petition for her unmarried kids under age 21. This takes about 4-5 years. If the kids turn 21 during the wait, it may take up to 9 years for them to get visas. Also, an LPR can not petition for married children. A child who gets married while an LPR parent is petitioning for them is automatcially disqualified from getting a visa.
