CR-1 Visa only good for 6 months??!!

HELP! Has anyone seen this! My husband's CR-1 Issue date is 10/8/09 in his passport. It states that his IV expires on 4/7/2010. Can this be right? He received the CR-1 stamp. Am I really gonna have to file to remove conditions in Feb?

Nevermind...I think I was in a panic. Hubby says that is the time that he had to come in on the visa....ok...now I gotta go figure out what evidence I need to do adjust status

A CR-1 does not need to adjust status. You will remove the conditions on his residence in 2 years.

MrsP he should get a 10 year green card since you have been married for more than two years he should not need the I-751
