Thanks everyone for your insightful replies. I never knew that baptismal records and elementary school transcripts were requested from the beneficiary. Maybe that CO just likes to mess with young ladies wanting to go to america for a better life. Good luck, all, and thx again.

I don't believe those are needed.

I think by fiance brought those with her at the interview, and neither the pre screener nor the CO wanted to see those 2 documents.

USEM Manila? Expect the long line.. 6:30 is okay. Plenty of vendors will offer you stuffs like snacks, pen, print service, monoblock chairs for a fee (P200 and up). Haha.

No Doubt, that's one thing about the Philippines, The people don't miss a trick when it comes to making money.
