THANKS to everyone... I posted another thread, but after me runnin around this morning putting money in accounts, and sending scannes and e-mails and faxes... When hubby went to puck up the package THE VISA WAS IN IT!!! O thank heaven!!! This mornin took like 10 years off my life and left me with puffy eyes and no sleep!!!

But, I am so happy!!! HE GOT THE VISA!!!!

wow i did not see this earlier congrants !!!!!!!!! :dance::dance: it finally paid off all your hard work and pacience,,, yayee

now i am worried about financial statments they are talking about !! i only had a cosponsor and told them i am student i hope that is not gonna raise a flag in the officer's eye i better stop this" self fulfilling" prophecy too what can i say ???? ,, god cover meeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

06/09/09. - I-130 sent to csc

06/18/09 . - Noa1 ( touched )

08/27/09 .- I-130 approved ( got so excited )

08/14/09. - Nvc assigned case #( after 12 long days)

08/17/09 - Ds 3032 emailed to hubby , ( Aos fee bill generated and paid )

08/18/09 - hubby emailed back ds3032

08/22/09 - Aos showed" paid "

08/22/09- IV bill generated ( and paid)

08/23/09- Ds 3032 accepted

08/24/09 -IV bill showed "paid"

08/25/09- Aos overnight

08/28/09- 864 got to nvc

10/01/09- hubby sent ds230

10/06/09- Rfe(grrrrr)

10/08/09 - resend -864

10/09/09- 230 got accepted

10/19/09 - LOG IN FAIL, FAIL,FAIL,FAIL,FAIL ( i did not even know what was going on !!!!!) MY BODY JUST FROZE IN FRONT OF THEPC !!!!

10/20/09- It is "official " per op "case complete" OMG !!!!

11/02/09- INTERVIEW date assigned , email received from nvc (Thankyou ! thankyou ! thankyou ! god!!!!!!! thankyou every one

in vj) (total of 35 working days in nvc)

11/04/09- package left nvc

11/16/09- Medical done and waiting for result

12/10/09- VISA APPROVED (slip given appointment for tuesday to pick up passport )

12/15/09- VISA ON HAND ( praise god )

02/01/10 - POE

03/02/10- Green card arrived

I864 delivered November 2nd.....nvc logged it on November 5th

DS230 delivered November 6th.....nvc logged it on November 12th

Well, pretty sad today! Husband went to the interview and the CO was pretty harsh... All of our marriage and relationship documentation was OK... But they did not accept our financials...

We filed using my husband and mine investments in Italy as well as his work (we had a letter from his current employer staying he has been working for them since June and this employment will continue when he comes in the USA... He would be making $5,400 a month... They did not accept this).... I am slef employed and my income does not count enough for sponsoring alone.... But they are not counting his even though he is working for the company but no taxes are being taken out (DUH... he's not in the US to pay taxes on it yet)...

Next, we have a substantial investments in Italy and had our bank proof.... She said she would only consider $$ in the United states...

Next, he shown her our accounts in the US which are in both our names... She would not count those assets because they were in both our names and I needed it in my name to sponsor... She did not want to look at the other assets... So basically between us we have over $300k saved and she would not look at any of it...

She sent my husband away with the 221g stating that we had to show proof that I had over 55k in MY name in a US bank... So I just got done doing all my transfers around to consolidate that amount into one account under my name... I printed/scanned the info and e-mailed that to them.

Teh good think is that They kept my husbands passport and the CO said that if they received the e-mail with proof of funds in my name and it was satisfactory.... then the visa would be in the passport when he picks it up at 6PM... If he picks up the passport and there is no visa in it, then we have to see what we have to do to comply with the 221g. We dont know what to do then!!!

I am feeling really down now and just want to lay in bed till its time for my hubby to pick up the passport and I pray that there is the Visa in it!!!!!!

I sent them everything now

Christeen, we are behind you to encourage you ALL the way and they are horrible to put you thru this #######. Yes, sometimes they do play God it seems & its not fair (especially when you just want to be together because you love each other). The visa WILL BE in that passport!!!!! :yes: You have done what they asked and they will have nothing to deny.
