And I'm wondering if that means I don't need the details transferred to an I-693 (I had a medical in London as per the K-1 interview process at the London Embassy).

I notice that the document checklist they've sent me in advance of my AOS interview mentions I should bring an I-693 and vaccination supplement if I haven't already submitted them- and obviously all I submitted with the I-485 was the DS-3025 I got given at the medical. Now they haven't sent me an RFE so does that mean I'm OK?

If anyone's already been through their AOS interview having only submitted the DS-3025 I'd love to hear how it went!

I don't really want to have to pay for another document, and anyway it's now been (just over) a year since the DS-3025 was completed...

That's what we sent in. At the interview they did not ask us anything about the vaccination supplement. We were willing to take a chance and it worked for us....

I don't think that if you did not receive an RFE you are okay, depends on who will hold the interview. Maybe you will be lucky and they won't ask for it (like it happened to us) or maybe not.
