photograph requirement

hello!

i sent the AOS packet last Oct. 19 with only 2 passport photos...will i get RFE for it? or should i send 4 more photos without receiving the RFE yet?

you only need two passport photos so no need to send four more.

you didnt finish reading the instructions.

If you have applied for AOS, EAD and AP you need 6 photos, 2 for each one.

-- that said, NO do not send them untill you get RFE bcause if you send them its likely they will not connect with your AOS package and just be loose wasted photos that they have no idea where to put.

oh... but i only sent two and i applied for AOS, EAD and AP.

all were approved.

they took a picture during my biometrics and that's what they used for my EAD and green card.

6 photos. 2 for AOS, 2 for EAD and 2 for AP. Just like what others have said, wait for the RFE before you send them.
