Yup... we are now onto a 'relay team' type pass over. :D

1990(-ish): Family Holiday to FL. Met Nicole & family.

1990(-ish) - 1992(-ish): A few return visits

08-09/2007: Go back to FL. Meet with 'the folks' & Accept that we both 'like' each other & start dating.

02/2008 - Present: ...go back to FL again a few times.

09/2009: Propose and she says 'Yes'! :D

11/06/2009: I-129F posted to VSC

11/07/2009: I-129F received at VSC

11/09/2009: NOA1

11/13/2009: Touch

12/2009: ...back to FL once again

03/08/2010: Touch & NOA2 (119 Days)

03/11/2010: NVC have my case

03/12/2010: NVC incorrectly assigned & dispatched case to Dublin, not London!

03/18/2010: Package arrived in Dublin

03/19/2010: Ring Dublin and get case transferred to London

04/01/2010: London Sent 'P3'

04/03/2010: I Received 'P3'

04/14/2010: 'P3' sent back to embassy

04/16/2010: 'P3' recieved at embassy

04/29/2010: Medical - Passed

06/17/2010: Interview - In AP (220 Days)

Now, don't waste time, and start getting ready for packet 3. This step will go so fast, you won't even notice

That's true for the ones who has a normal speed consulate.. I'm lucky to be with one of the most busy embassy, average of 5 months of waiting from NOA2 to interview hehe.. Woohoo! :blink:

01/12/2011: GreenCard approved!!!!

Green card expiration date: 01/05/2013
Sent ROC package to VSC: 11/16/2012
NOA1: 11/20/2012

Approval: 04/29/2013!!!!

8 June 2010: Case transferred to CSC

10 June 2010: Biometrics completed

31 July 2010: EAD and AP received!

9 Sept. 2010: RFE email for AoS

(RFE for medical. We replied with letter stating that it's not required since done overseas within one year)

18 January 2010: Interview - passed! Card production ordered!

Naddy, you are right, NVC don't mess around at all, unlike our old ladies at VSC. They turn them around in a couple of days.

Although NVC do get a 'lower & smoother flow' i'd say. After all the cases i looked at on Nov 9 were 50% RFE.

But, we have to laugh, as always, because NVC state on their own website "email is their preferred method of communication" !!!!

Amen (still laughing at that one!).

Easier to ignore than a ringing phone. ;)

has any one got their packets from nvc and how long does it take it to get to nvc from uscis and down to the embassy.in a moonwalk mood

lol heisable. You just got your NOA2, and already worrying bout NVC

You should take a week break from us ^_^ , that's what everyone is doing. We need it, and we deserved it :whistle:

In a week, you will get a letter from VSC telling you that they sent your application to NVC

Then, a day or 2 after that, you will get a letter from NVC telling you they received your application, gave you a nex number, and will forward your application to the American consulate in Nigeria, and that those ones will take contact with the "beneficiary", I forgot if it was you or your fiance.
