Here are the stats for I129Fs on Nov 9 (200 through 700)

[Post-Decision Activity] => 41

[Request for Evidence] => 23

[initial Review] => 28

[Acceptance] => 2

[Decision] => 2

hi many more nov 9 still waiting for noa2 and how many has been approved?dont understand what you stated there

[Post-Decision Activity] => 41 (Have been Approved and are being sent to NVC or Dept. of State)

[Request for Evidence] => 23 (Applications are lacking required documentation / evidence)

[initial Review] => 28 (Have NOA1, but that's as far as they have got)

[Acceptance] => 2 (Basically the first 2 days at the VSC / CSC)

[Decision] => 2 (A decision have been made - Can be either an 'Appept' or 'Deny'

My fiancee moved inbetween when I submitted the I129F and rx'ing the NOA2, so I called NVC yesterday to see about updating her address:

"We process these pretty quick, yours was sent to Juraez consulate yesterday but I can update her address here and then you can contact them"

So it only took NVC 3 days!

  • 11/12/2009 - I-129F Mailed
  • 11/17/2009 - I-129F NOA1
  • 02/24/2010 - I-129F NOA2
  • 03/04/2010 - NVC mailed consulate
  • 04/12/2010 - Packet 3 received
  • 06/01/2010 - Medical
  • 06/02/2010 - Interview
  • 06/03/2010 - Visa received!!
  • 10/13/2010 - MARRIED!!

I too will be heading to Juarez and have been really concerned over the delay in how long it was taking them to send the info to the consulate, so to hear it only to 3 days is great!!!!!

Good luck with the rest of your journey and keep us posted as I would love to know how things go.

I got my NOA2 on 02/24/10, the NVC got my application on 03/01/10 and sent it to the Emabassy in Rio de Janeiro on 03/04/10... Thank goodness that I did not get stuck in AP at the NVC.

Any other Brazilian filers at this stage? I hope it does not take forever to get the interview setup... my daughter is 6 months old and I am DYING to see her!!

Nope, but it's begining to get to me now... 4 month anniversary of NOA1 on Tuesday and no 'activity' since 4 days after NOA1. :crying:

Keep faith ,that is all this process needs.I am really not able to,but there is no one to even get angry on or well punch !
