We are in the same situation. I am Nov. 5th and nothing yet. WHY? I don't know...

Sincerely, I'm almost going to the beach or an island here in Brazil to forget noa2... During the night I have been dreaming with this. I don't know what to do anymore... Going crazy!!!!!!!

AM REALLY GETTING PISSED OFF NOW.I HAVENT GOTTEN MINE AND REALLY DONT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON.SO SICK NOW

I think you must be one of the only people who's tried to get an automated message and got a human rather than the other way round!! One of the pinned topics in the NVC forum explains the options to press. I'm going to give it a week before I call - technically they say 2 weeks but things seem to be going faster at the moment.

Ok this is ridiculous. I just called again and dialed 1 as soon as it picked up and went straight to a human. I hung up on him. lol. I want a machine dammit.

Ok been seeing alot of posts stating: K1s are not entered into the automated system. You need to speak to a operator. I guess that is why. :(.

I want to be able to compulsively check 100 times a day. I don't want to be have to be rejected by a human each time. Lol.

did you check your account with uscis and check the last updated date?If that has changed to some recent date then that means they are handling your application and will soon let you know of their decision which will surely be a positive one.

I agree with you, I just hope they find ours soon!!! Why are they calling? I didn't think they could call the USCIS until after the 5 months processing timeframe is up.

Aug 24 2010 - received a USCIS at 11.40am signed for by Chyba

Sept 1 2010 - received email and text confirmation for AOS,EAD,AP

Sept 7 2010 - received hard copy of NOA1 for AOS,EAD,AP

I think they will give you some instructions with the packet 3 on what to do with your affidavit. In Auckland, at least, you take it with you to the interview...

I've researched this one and it needs to be the original signed copy. Also you need to send the original signed employment letter and bank letter. No scanned or emailed copies for this one.

5 months is really the limit? Like... MOST part of the petitions are approved before this and if don't they really investigate why for you?

Sometimes I'm not sure about this considering that they inform 5 months as an average... :blink:

HOPE everybody here gets the approval as soos as possible and relax! We deserve this, and a long long life without petitions anymore :)
