Okay, come on, now. It's about time someone, ANYONE from the VSC November filers gets approved. Seriously, this is going to do my head in. At least if I knew they had even cast a glance at our box then I could stop checking the USCIS website and Igor's list every half hour... :blush: I was not made for this waiting process. I want gratification now.

2 March 2010: NOA2 (116 days)

14 April 2010: Interview (159 days) Approved!!

30 April 2010: Married!

AoS

18 May 2010: NOA1 for AoS, EAD and AP

8 June 2010: Case transferred to CSC

10 June 2010: Biometrics completed

31 July 2010: EAD and AP received!

9 Sept. 2010: RFE email for AoS

(RFE for medical. We replied with letter stating that it's not required since done overseas within one year)

18 January 2010: Interview - passed! Card production ordered!

I am thinking about a few more weeks and we should see something. The timelines show Dec 29 they approved petitions sent Oct 20th so they are close to the end of Oct, you and i filed the same day. I think with the holiday it will put them behind a bit aswell

Aug 23 2010 - mailed via USPS overnight courier to USCIS

Aug 24 2010 - received a USCIS at 11.40am signed for by Chyba

Sept 1 2010 - received email and text confirmation for AOS,EAD,AP

Sept 7 2010 - received hard copy of NOA1 for AOS,EAD,AP

Sept 10 2010 - received biometrics apt letter for Oct 1, attempting walkin Sept 17

Sept 17 2010 - successful walk-in biometrics apt

Sept 20 - EAD and AOS touched

Sept 27 - received email and text at 7:30pm that my AOS was transfered to CSC (yeah no interview)

Sept 29 - case touched, arrived at CSC received email and text from USCIS

Oct 4 - AOS touched

Oct 6 - AOS touched

Oct 7 - AOS touched again!!!!

Oct 14 - AOS touched again!!!

Oct 15 - AOS touched again

Oct 19 - AP approved (no email or text notification of approval)

Oct 21 - EAD approved received text and email of card production ordered.

Oct 25 - Received Hardcopy of AP in the mail

Oct 29 - Received another text that EAD card was mailed (post decision activity)

Nov 1 - Received EAD card in the mail

Nov 9 - RFE for vaccination record transcribed over to I693 form

Nov 13 - Found Dr. who would complete just the vaccination part of the form yeaaaah!!!

Nov 17 - USCIS received my RFE response papers in California

Dec 3 - Received email and text confirmation that my case was updated from RFE to RFE review response

Dec 9 - Green Card approved, never received any email or text and my USCIS case still shows in RFE Response review

Dec 14 - Received my approval notice and welcome to America letter advising it was approved Dec 9th

Dec 17 - Green card received, finally done with USCIS for 2 years

Yeah, true. Before Igor's List stopped giving us probable approval dates, it was giving January 4-7 for our NOA1 date. I know Igor's List isn't omnipotent or anything, but it sure did get my hopes up, eh?! Trying to be patient... sigh...

What is wrong?

Now it shows Oct 30th.

God this is bad,feels like we november filers are being unjustly targeted,or so my mind thinks.

At this moment I'd like to be one of them to. There is absolutely "no life" at VSC, it's really heartbreaking check for updates and see everything remains the same!!!! :(

Okay, come on, now. It's about time someone, ANYONE from the VSC November filers gets approved. Seriously, this is going to do my head in.

I've been thinking about this. I was wondering if watching my fellow November filers getting approved, would give me peace or frustration. Just imagine being the last one to receive their NOA-2. Has to be someone. I hope not me. :P.

But seriously I wish there would be rapid approval for us all.

11-23-2009 NOA-1 Hard copy received.
2-26-2010 NOA-2 on USCIS Dashboard.
03-02-2010 NVC recieved our petition.

Sadly, I think that the poster who suggested the backed up CSC files were sent to Vermont was right... add that to the wonderful skiing snow they have been getting and we could be sitting around for a while... It would be wonderful to see somebody from November going through... I mean they haven't even touched most of our files, so technically, RFEs could still possibly slow us even further, aaaaaaah.

On the optimistic side, maybe all the approved November filers are just too out of it with joy to register it on VJ :)))

Oh, I've definitely had my pessimistic days, too. Crying at work yesterday when my boss came in to ask how everything was going; definitely not one of my better moments... But my honey and I always try to remind each other that we only have to do it once, and it's only a few months (hopefully!) of being apart in order to be able to spend the rest of our lives together. This time next year, we'll be cuddling with our beloveds, and all this waiting for NOA2s will seem like a fading bad dream. At least when we're waiting for green cards, etc. to be approved, we'll be waiting together. :luv:
