(RFE for medical. We replied with letter stating that it's not required since done overseas within one year)

I received my paper NOA2 today!!!

one question, I thought it went to the NVC 1st, but this says has been forwarded to the listed consulate

note: Important to me being my fiancee moved and there is a consulate right in her new city, but we picked a different consulate thats hundreds of miles away. Hmm, looks like we need to do an I824. Not sure if I still need to contact NVC about her new address?

I had the same feeling when I got my NOA2, but your file makes a brief stop at NVC before heading to your consulate. Put your seat belt on, things are supposed to go faster now.

last night, me and the beauty of my life..had finally been approved ...yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

we couldnt believe... it's been long 4 months!!!

i congratulate to all of one who had been approved yesterday..and wish many good news today, and the following week :)

hope, the rest of the jurney will go very very fast :)

wish you all a good day...i am going to prepare my self for the interview...lol ;)

Aug 24 2010 - received a USCIS at 11.40am signed for by Chyba

Sept 1 2010 - received email and text confirmation for AOS,EAD,AP

Sept 7 2010 - received hard copy of NOA1 for AOS,EAD,AP

Sept 10 2010 - received biometrics apt letter for Oct 1, attempting walkin Sept 17

Sept 17 2010 - successful walk-in biometrics apt

Sept 20 - EAD and AOS touched

Sept 27 - received email and text at 7:30pm that my AOS was transfered to CSC (yeah no interview)

Sept 29 - case touched, arrived at CSC received email and text from USCIS

Oct 4 - AOS touched

Oct 6 - AOS touched

Dec 9 - Green Card approved, never received any email or text and my USCIS case still shows in RFE Response review

Dec 14 - Received my approval notice and welcome to America letter advising it was approved Dec 9th

Dec 17 - Green card received, finally done with USCIS for 2 years

I hope so too. But unfortunately, ur date is kinda being "skipped" :unsure:

TJ's theory is that nov 6 and 10 are assigned to an old lady who works part-time, and on monday, she needs half a day to get her desk "ready", and she only "works" starting tuesday, and then on Friday, she needs half a day to clean up her mess and go on week-ends :wacko:

So if this theory is right, we should start seeing approvals on both those dates starting today, I hope :blush:

09/2009: Propose and she says 'Yes'! :D
