Well it finally seems there is some forward momentum. So now it's just to wait. So in the mean time, what have you been doing to be prepared to show proof of on-going relationship during the US embassy interview?

I've sent her a letter a week, and I save all the letters she's sent to me.

I have chat logs, emails, and have phone records (I call twice a day).

I have a duplicate copy of the entire I-129f packet I sent to (boo) VSC (boo).

I have printed out as many forms as I can to send her.

I have a stack of pictures I took when I visited her in Phil.

Question:

Will you have new passport photos taken to send before the interview or just send more copies of the ones you have now?

I've sent off for my police certificate and I am going to try and get to the docs in the next week or so to get my vaccinations record....and a letter stating why I haven't had most of them (allergies).

I've started filling out some of the forms I'll need for the Embassy (which is how I realised I'd cocked up my G-325A!!) - that way all I need to do is print them and sign them and we're good to go.

Mr. Jess has requested his financial info from the various places to time how long it takes to get them all - nothing seems to take too long so he's just going to request fresh up-to-date copies of everything as soon as our NOA2 hits.

I already have a full copy of our I-129F package so good to go with that. Went to see him in January so obviously kept the boarding passes and took lots of photos while I was there :) Other than that just going to be a case of printing out my Skype records, Facebook records, and emails - I don't phone him direct that often as it's just not the cheapest way :)

On the passport photos front - going to get new ones done. Aside from anything, I looked stoned in the one that went off to VSC - plus my hair is now 3 inches shorter and several shades darker ;)

Question:

Well, here's what I've started to get together:

- The affidavit of support, and supporting documents (the letters from my bank and employer are a bit old, now, but I figured I would send in my 3 most recent bank statements and 3 most recent pay stubs, as well as a copy of my 2009 tax return [i did e-file, so I have a .pdf; easy-peasy]).

- We don't have phone bills, since he calls me with a phone card, and it shows up on my cell as a different, random string of numbers every time, but we do have gmail screenshots showing our daily emails/chats.

- Duplicate copy of the I-129F. This has some pictures in it, so I figured I'll just have him take the photos from the packet (even though they should already have them). We don't have too many (i.e. 4) because neither of us really likes pictures.

- He has all of the letters I've sent to him (he's never sent any to me *cough-douche*), so I'll encourage him to take those, too.

On his end, he's gotten his birth certificate from the UK and gotten a copy of his immunization record to take to his medical. He doesn't have to get police reports from any other countries, and apparently he can't get the NZ one without a release form they'll send in packet 3. I'm sure he's happy to be off the hook until that P3 comes his way. Unless he hasn't gotten new passport photos yet... Hmmm, maybe he needs a reminder.

So I think I've exhausted all the things I can get done for now, and I'm back to tearing my hair out waiting for approval...

I'm soooo getting worried, as i look everyday on the board and i see that people send soooo many proofs to the USCIS for the petition... We only sent 2 pictures that we printed from the computer, one itinary printed from my emails of one of my trips to Dallas (round-trip), and a photocopy of our receipts when we bougt sunglasses together (2 receipts, using our own credit card, so it's showing both names, from the same store at the same time). And, when we sent our package, we didn't know about VisaJourney forum, so our question 18b is not on a seperate page, it's in the little box they gave us to write the answer in on the form.

Are we most likely to get an RFE or a denial???

And, we forgot to make copies of the package, do i need copies of it for the interview or something?

OMG everyday i'm getting even more worried...

(I'm writing it here because i'm a november filer that follows this thread everyday)
