I am a 12/01/09 NOA-1 recipiant...And you say you see 5 processed from that day. I believe there were only 5 posted on Igors list from that day.. How do I dig deeper into this as the Cold weather and 2 feet of snow is giving me brain freeze and will do anything to keep busy just short of going out and getting plastered at a bar 3 blocks away..LOL Then again that is not a bad Idea for this Saturday night since it is a 5 minute walk to get there and will not be on the road endagering others and myself....

E-mail me, I'm a try and explain it. If anything, can call me up later or something. I'm gonna be doing lots of checking on the weekend heh

I created my own spread sheet. Its kind of a death clock if you will. So far cases 100 days old are being processed(with any consistency) and slowly the number of days is growing

Thanks goodness for that. The 100 day mark is just a week or so away for me. I'm still trying to convince myself that anything under 150 or so days is a good news. :blink:

1990(-ish): Family Holiday to FL. Met Nicole & family.

1990(-ish) - 1992(-ish): A few return visits

08-09/2007: Go back to FL. Meet with 'the folks' & Accept that we both 'like' each other & start dating.

02/2008 - Present: ...go back to FL again a few times.

09/2009: Propose and she says 'Yes'! :D

11/06/2009: I-129F posted to VSC

11/07/2009: I-129F received at VSC

11/09/2009: NOA1

11/13/2009: Touch

12/2009: ...back to FL once again

03/08/2010: Touch & NOA2 (119 Days)

03/11/2010: NVC have my case

03/12/2010: NVC incorrectly assigned & dispatched case to Dublin, not London!

03/18/2010: Package arrived in Dublin

03/19/2010: Ring Dublin and get case transferred to London

04/01/2010: London Sent 'P3'

04/03/2010: I Received 'P3'

04/14/2010: 'P3' sent back to embassy

04/16/2010: 'P3' recieved at embassy

04/29/2010: Medical - Passed

06/17/2010: Interview - In AP (220 Days)

I wish I had the courage to simply not look and stay away until 2/21/2010. Perhaps I'll try. I've got alerts to notify me on my cell phone if I have a change, and I know it works, because I just was forced to change my password at uscis because its been so long :( and I received text because I received email from UScis due to the password change. So I have no reason to continually look. Hmm, I guess I'm weak.

I stayeds away for a week and it did stop the rollercoaster ride of emotions actually....but coming back to absolutely no news, not just for me but for anyone, was possibly even worse.

So I'm just trying to be a little less obsessive at the moment :) It does sound like things are moving though, albeit slowly...

I know Oct27th has some how been skipped over.

I also checked Nov2 and there was about 7 or so cases approved/rfe for 2-12-2010.

NOA1 issued : 11 - 09 - 2009 (6 days)

NOA2 issued : 02 - 26 - 2010 (109 days) (OMG!!!! was about time)

Interview date : 05 - 12 - 2010 (75 days) Approved !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AoS / EAD Journey : Total length (from filing I-485 / I-765 till Green Card in hand) : 115 days (~3.8 month)

Wish I'd never made the mistake of looking at the processing time graphs on the VJ website in December and got all excited at the 50-60 day processing times cos my fiancee now asks me every day if there's been any movement. :P Sadly my NOA1 date of 11/05 is one of the dates that seems to have been left on the desk of someone who's been abducted by aliens. Just have to wait until April and then try and follow it up I suppose!

I've put myself into the same trap... back then it looked like mid February would be approval time for December....yeah....not happening for another 3 months, but she found her way onto VJ now and she's all depressed because the timeline keeps going backwards every day.

CSC is getting a lot of nov.16th and nov.17th approvals, it's soooo unfair :crying: (My NOA1 is nov.17th...)

01/12/2011: GreenCard approved!!!!

Green card expiration date: 01/05/2013
Sent ROC package to VSC: 11/16/2012
NOA1: 11/20/2012

Approval: 04/29/2013!!!!

I am doing the same. My NOA 1 was approved in November 5th. The NOA2 should arrive before for months, what is March 5th.

3 months and a week.... and counting...
