I looked at 40 cases in order with 12/7/09 NOA1 date........2 of those got approved end of january, and 3 cases got a PRE date with 2/3/2010 !!!

I looked at all of 7 Dec yesterday. There is a lot of I129F petitions that day. 160+. Only 10 or less had been touched. there was not much activity in the first 40 that I remember. While looking at trends it seems that RFEs come out first, with a small number of approvals. Then within the next week is when the approvals start to appear. That is what happened on 12/15. It seems to be happening on 11/10. So I hope they go through a box to get rid of the obvious RFEs and then go through the ones in the box that they think are worthy of approvals.

Were you looking at K-1 petitions?

I am in the process of going through all the cases for that day, maybe you can help me update my data (I'm only 900 cases in atm).

PM me if anything

Well for January 4th 2010. In the first 300 receipts ther are 9 I129F applications. All still Initial Review.

But they seem to be processing I129's within a month. Ther are quite a few either approved or RFE'd. Also processing I192's quickly and some I765's first.

Thank you, goodnight and may your gods go with you",

Dave Allen.

Alas, no one's omnipotent enough to answer that question for you. BUT, you can go to the communal spreadsheet: http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=ttO...OH-VZE2O76pOeLQ

You can see your own case on there, under the Nov. 6 tab, along with everyone else who filed on that day (including me and Anwesha). It won't tell you when you'll be processed, but it will give you an idea how many others from that day have been.

Hope that helps!

I see some code. Html or java used to help get info back from USCIS website. Could that smart person maybe use the spreadsheet info and test check the receipts numbers list in them?

next step would be to pdate the spreadsheet.

Ok prob not worth the effort.

Thank you, goodnight and may your gods go with you",
