Hi everyone.

I was so bored, and didn't know what to do while waiting for that ******* NOA2. To tell u the truth, was kinda starting to go crazy

Since T and J un-coded the receipt number, i've done some manual searching too (which stopped my trip to crazyland), only for 11-09-2009 NOA1 date tho, which is mine :D , cos I wanted a REAL view over what's really going on at VSC

I saw that Jl_n_JL is doing the same searching too, so maybe we should combine our works, and maybe get some more help from other bored members, like each one can take care of a day or something.

I've been through all 10-30-2009 (1817 applications processed that day ><), and half of 11-09-2009. Ill finish the 11-09 day tonight.

Jl_n_JL , if u've put all ur info in a spreadsheet, can u send them to me, so I could add them to the file? I think I could give u access on that spreadsheet if u're interested, so u could update it too.

I thought of sharing that with u, cos I know how annoying it is to not know what's really goin on in VSC, if they were dead, or just working on other cases then ours.

So if others wanna help, pls say which day u wanna work on. After i finish 11-09, I'll attack 11-08, and so on ...

Good luck to everyone on their journey

Naddy

Thanks Naddy. I've been pasting my stuff in notepad but I can add to a spread sheet. I like your enthusiasm, you are like me want answers, not the same old be patient... stay positive... blah blah blah.

I work full time and therefore do not have time to go through thousands of case numbers that will not actually make MY case get processed faster but will just make me despair at how many people are ahead of me in the line.

Kudos to you for doing it and I find it genuinely interesting, but don't imply that the people who are just 'staying positive' are somehow less invested in this process than you.

I wish I could answer that. There really seems to be no patterns or consistencies. My own personal theory is that VSC has redirected much of their staff to process forms different from I-129fs. Which ones, why, and for how long, I wish I knew. Unfortunately there are still Many October cases still pending before we Nov filers. Maybe if you imagine of 10 people processing cases, and they take 8 away to file I821 forms (EAC1007950009). Well assume the 2 remaining will work all the cases in their stack from bottom to top. Then you would have Dec, Nov filers being processed, before October filers in the stacks of the other 8 workers. Guessing.

so will just have to wait and wait..it really sucks.

I work a full time job, have two daughters I take care of by myself, and am a student with 14 hours this semester, but I cant concentrate with so many questions. I would never imply that any one is less involved, least of all you, I see your posts all the time. I just don't like it when someone tells me to stop worrying, be patient, and what I'm doing is meaningless and a waste of time(even if it is). I'm going to worry, be paranoid, be angry, and frustrated until we get approved, rfe, or rejected (I hope not the later). If things were flowing normally as before the holidays, the timelines weren't so messed up, or there was a real answer from the uscis, I probably wouldn't be posting or doing any of this nonsense. So if you like the stuff I'm posting good, if not I'm sorry I'll try to keep them brief.

just try to get access to that google.doc thing, and send me the email u'll use to have that access, and i'll give u the rights to edit the spreadsheet online. I'm kinda new to this, so I donno how it works, just try to make sure that no one else is on the spreadsheet when u edit it, otherwise, ur work might be lost, I donno ><

hi naddy

Us and you guys got the same Noa1 dates which is Nov 9..please seems like you reall know how to work out the time we would get approved..please help out on any info you get..is really sick to see them jump over our dates and work on a latter one..sucks

I don't really know when we will get approved ><. All i'm trying to do is find out if they are really working at VSC or just slacking around and drinkin their coffee (just like the government employees do here in France  ).

I'm not implying anything, and wont, and I don't know from where u got that idea  .

I understand that a lot of ppl doesnt have time to check the cases one by one, I only asked for help, I didn't say "if u don't help means u don't care".

And i know that doing that doesnt make our cases get processed faster, but guess what, VJ members who filled their timelines represent like less then 5% of all the ppl who filed their K1. What is the chance that 1 of those members gets his K1 approved that day, and what's the chance that this member will actually update his timeline? i've been checking the VJ timelines everyday, every hour, and seeing it not moving, or not seeing any case processed this day, made me go in deep depression :crying: (and I'm glad that my fiance was here to keep me from going crazy, understood me, and helped me keep positive)

We have no control on what's happening at VSC, and I agree with u, checkin the cases one by one wont make mine or yours get processed faster. But at least, we will have a "more concrete" idea on where they are in applications processing, and if they are getting closer to ours or not. And that, in a way, will keep me positive

... I'm going to worry, be paranoid, be angry, and frustrated until we get approved, rfe, or rejected (I hope not the later). If things were flowing normally as before the holidays, the timelines weren't so messed up, or there was a real answer from the uscis, I probably wouldn't be posting or doing any of this nonsense...

I do find what you post interesting and would never suggest you stop. And besides, it gives me something to read on my lunch break ;)

Well said. That, and we only have to do it once. Even if that once is like months of walking across burning coals with metal pins shoved into our feet. Seeing our beloveds at the end will be one cool drink of water!

I've only made it through the first hundred or so from 11/6. Man, it's a tedious process! The website keeps timing out, so it took me ages to get that far. But I'll try to soldier on after work tonight, and through the weekend...
