Timeline

Happy new week everyone! Monday is a good day now - hoping that the week will be an approval-filled one.

What I really don't get is why there are absolutely NO approvals trickling into November - I mean so many of the Octoberians are through, December people have seen some action and all we have is one? I find it hard to believe that it is coincidentally all the Novemberians, who don't input their updates... we should be seeing something! Come on Vermont!!!!!!! This is ridiculous, we all have futures to get to and our timing has really been screwed.

No more feeling sorry for myself rants this week, just needed to get it out :) Sorry if my English gets a bit shaky sometimes :)

I used USCIS's website to create my own list based on the first I-129F received each day from Oct 19-Nov10. I have it in Excel, and is a very small sample. Only 17 cases. I added every 4th one to my USCIS portfolio, so I can log into my account and track when they have been touched. looking just

Ok I've been using your method to create my own timeline too. I think I know why I-129fs have come to almost a stand still. It seems of the 1000 or so cases processed daily (including: receipts, rfe, approvals, denials etc..), that are available by entering in case numbers, 1 in 3 are CRI89, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS. While I had to go through hundreds to find only one I-129f. Maybe there is now a push there to process the cri89/I751s.

I went back until I started seeing processing. The latest I find any processing of any regularity is Oct 26. I would go case by case until I would find ten I-129f cases.

Here is sampling of what I found. (note I started around 50400 most before that seem to be cri89)

My guess would be that you are right, and most people have been taken off the K1-s. Out of the two still dealing with them, one probably went on a skiing trip and broke his leg.

Great research!

Hi Everyone!

I'm pretty new to the forum; however we filed at the end of November and received our NOA1 Nov. 27th. Since then NO ACTION! I too have seen October and December filers be approved and am wondering what is going on! It's great that other people are being approved but the wait and absolutely no insight to where we are in the process is killing me!

Ok I will stop there. Good Luck to everyone!!!! And come on VSC, start rolling the K1's out!

"It is more blessed to give than to receive."

- Acts 20:35

I wonder if there is a similar proverb in VooDoo.

For those with pending cases.

The following link list the cases that will receive priority above our own. For those of you checking cases on the USCIS. You will probably start to see a flood of the following forms. Form I-539, Form I-765, Form I-512, Form I-130, Form I-131. These forms in addition to the ones included in the TPS packet, will be hastily moved before your own. Unless you are a Haitian or a family member of a Haitian, or an adopting parent of Haitian child.

Link.

For those of us with fiance'/fiancees living in countries with poverty, high rate of crimes against women, threats of typhoons, volcanoes, and earthquakes, terrorism and disease, you may find comfort in the fact, that we and she/he are among the blessed.

IF that is the case then there is absolutely nothing we can do about it.

Yes it sucks and yes it means we will probably have to wait longer. But I can't bring myself to be mad because I still have my boy, even if he is a very long way away.

There's 150,000+ people dead in Haiti and that's 150,000+ people who have lost a wife, husband, sister, brother...debate the rights & wrongs but those are the facts. We've just gotta live with it.

I hear you its very frustrating, especially considering I know I have a long wait at the Montreal Consulate aswell they are 4-6 months waiting list to from when you get your packet 3 to them. Its that bad now the NVC is holding onto the montreal approved visa's and not sending them until the backlog is cleared up a bit incase they get lost in the embassy in montreal. I really want to get intouch with the congressman just to see if he can answer my what is their method of processing. I don't want to be moved ahead of everyone I just want an answe as to why someone who sent in their application (in some cases 2 months before other people ) are getting approved.

I do not think they will entertain our calls.

We just exist as a bunch of numbers for them and it is plain bad luck.

I mean I do not want to sound selfish,I do not mind Haiti people or those specific applications getting expedited, but we november filers are next in turn.If you just stall one particular month that is what is so sad and frustrating.

I guess we just have to wait.Apparently, we are not convincing enough to be heard out.
