Hi all,

My fiance' just went back yesterday Well the atleast I had him for a whole month ! Please VSC come on with the NOA 2's so I can plan my wedding I have been waiting almost a decade to have lol. The kids and me miss him already. We were really hoping that the NOA2 would arrive before he left yesterday, but there you go. Im still here in Virginia with the rain and now he is over in Northern Ireland with the rain, very depressing.

This is a chart but if you hover your mouse over the mark point it will tell you the numbers.

Also, for info - I had a rummage around on the USCIS website and from what I could tell any Haitian applications will not go through VSC - or CSC for that matter. But please correct me if I'm wrong

Well that is comforting. I was seeing my case being shelved until 200,000 illegal's cases past before.

So the question still remains. Why the slow down at the VSC?

They did have a bunch of temporary staff working there, and I think they were training people and stuff as well. Hopefully they're just settling out and things will be flowing along at a normal pace (whatever normal is...) It CAN'T be long now. I hope...

Oh I had a hunch you would be bang on.

But you know,I did a little snooping around people's profiles,and I have found so far atleast 2 people who have been approved,and have not updated their time-lines.

So in my head,I always am actually 2 places ahead of what Igor suggests.

I think something to remember when using VJ guidelines is that when people receive their NOA2, probably not the first thing on their mind is updating their VJ timeline, and I would imagine a fair proportion of people never update it once they receive their NOA2 and beyond.

End of the day there is nothing we can do but sit and be patient, while VSC mess around doing what ever it is they are doing currently (which I believe may involve racing ferrets!)
