We were about to report your missing in action at VSC to Interpol!

So relieved for you. I imagine there is much dancing in the streets of Brazil tonight.

So, this is weird: I called the Dept. of State today at 3pm EST, and they told me that the interview had been scheduled, and the date. But then, at 7:30 pm EST, Ewan got an email from the consulate saying they hadn't received the form that he'd forgotten (he sent it by overnight two days ago, so it should've gotten there yesterday) and they couldn't schedule the interview until it had been processed.

Whaaaa?! :wacko: :wacko:

What would you guys believe?

30 April 2010: Married!

31 July 2010: EAD and AP received!

9 Sept. 2010: RFE email for AoS

(RFE for medical. We replied with letter stating that it's not required since done overseas within one year)

18 January 2010: Interview - passed! Card production ordered!

What are your thoughts and feelings now that you are looking forward to having all that you were pining for for the past few months?

Yes, yes, yes, I am flying tomorrow! These past few days have been full of hectic, stressful but joyful getting everything ready. I am really worried how my puppy will do on such a long flight, but hoping for the best - it is only half a day to survive... anyway, I probably will be more stressed out than him :)

Sad news is that my fiance can't meet us at the airport, as he can't make it back into town until Sunday... so there will be no movie-like airport reunion, but what's three more days, huh? :)

I'll be sure to check in with you guys as soon as we are home safe to share my POE story. Until then, thanks again for everything, hope there will be even more interview dates by then!!!

Megan - I think the consulate will reschedule the interview if they are missing a form... maybe Ewan should call them to clarify??

I will be waiting with great anticipation about the POE at IAD. I just booked my flight to Thailand and Jums flight to Dulles. I will be with her in Mid-May. Then we will come back together on May 27.

I was expecting the P4 for tomorrow, I guess I won't get it till next week :(

Not happy at all right now :crying:

Honey, by my calculations you are at 141 days of waiting...and that is simply awful. If you haven't got it in 10 days, you must get your USC's congressman to put in an enquiry, as you are right up to the 5 month wait. Or, you can call and complain yourself. Keep us posted, we are all here for you, and feeling for you.

i just sent my embassy an email yesterday is they have my package from nvc yet.havent got my p3 at all .still waiting for it

The day that Jum was approved for her visa is the day that her P3 arrived in the mail. So there is a chance that the embassy will tell you that they mailed your P3 last week.

1990(-ish): Family Holiday to FL. Met Nicole & family.

1990(-ish) - 1992(-ish): A few return visits

08-09/2007: Go back to FL. Meet with 'the folks' & Accept that we both 'like' each other & start dating.

02/2008 - Present: ...go back to FL again a few times.

09/2009: Propose and she says 'Yes'! :D

11/06/2009: I-129F posted to VSC

11/07/2009: I-129F received at VSC

11/09/2009: NOA1

11/13/2009: Touch

12/2009: ...back to FL once again

03/08/2010: Touch & NOA2 (119 Days)
