I agree about NVC. The lady I got was super charming, I thought I was talking to Michelle Obama.

My packet 3 was sent out on the 12th. But Kristen's took 8 days to arrive in the mail, so I don't think the UK embassy really does post them on the day NVC has record they did. But they certainly are on their way.

I do have a question about the ds230 though. I know the embassy only requires part 1 to be sent back, but should I be filling out part 2 as well?

No... the embassy only sends out Part 1 to fill out, I guess Part 2 will be filled out at the interview, in front of someone.

Hi guys, I am sure most of you know this, but a heads up:

I just called the consulate to ask about the filing fee and when I have to pay it (Packet 3 doesn't mention it). The nice lady on the phone told me that the letter containing the interview date will have the info, but I should just go and pay it now, as filing fees will be going up very soon.

We should start to organize our meeting guys. By June, we will all be with our loved ones.

mmmm, everyone send me their city/state by email, and I'll put all this on a map, so we could see where is the best city/state to meet.

Then we will see to fix a date

Maybe we could all spend a day in a attraction park like disney (well, maybe not disney, but u know what i mean), or a resort, or maybe a golf day or I donno. We will do something that is worth the driving lol
