Yep, hang on in there, people.

And when you do get it, you can look forward to the mother of all battles with your USC, like I have tonight, over the stuff needed for the affidavit of support. Tax transcripts, W2's....I told you months ago to get them...why you not got them together yet?. Conversation ended with me saying, "if you are so incompetent with paperwork, you should get a job at VSC - they are sure to hire ya".

APPROVED... Got email yesterday, but the aproval date was previous date (March 2nd). Good Luck the rest of the November filers. Hang in there, you will get yours soon !!!

30 April 2010: Married!

10 June 2010: Biometrics completed

31 July 2010: EAD and AP received!

9 Sept. 2010: RFE email for AoS

(RFE for medical. We replied with letter stating that it's not required since done overseas within one year)

18 January 2010: Interview - passed! Card production ordered!

K1 Journey : Total length (from filing I-129F till Visa in hand) : 190 days (~6.3 month)

NOA1 issued : 11 - 09 - 2009 (6 days)

NOA2 issued : 02 - 26 - 2010 (109 days) (OMG!!!! was about time)

Interview date : 05 - 12 - 2010 (75 days) Approved !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AoS / EAD Journey : Total length (from filing I-485 / I-765 till Green Card in hand) : 115 days (~3.8 month)

I-485 / I-765 sent : 06 - 21 - 2010

02/2008 - Present: ...go back to FL again a few times.

09/2009: Propose and she says 'Yes'! :D

Our petition was approved on March 1 but yesterday my fiance got a letter from USCIS and it says that our case is "under review." :wacko:

Does anyone know what it means?
