Happy weekend everyone (says the guy that is at work and has to work tomorrow). A couple days of rest of constantly checking to see if there is any progress :-s. Hope everyone has a fantastic weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More progress next week... I can feel it.

Does anyone know if VSC works weekends?  

They don't, but the subcontractors who do the electronic status updates seem to. A few people have received their email or text message notifying of NOA2 at the weekend, but their NOA2 is dated from the Friday.

I see NVC putting back all the boxes in the closet, and taking them out in numerical order ...

I smell fairness in the air ...

I see happy members dancing from joy cos NVC got their brain back and are looking into the application in order ...

I feel happiness ...

I see happy members posting here that they got their NOA2, and that they are getting closer to be with their beloved one ...

Oh, I sense jealousy ...

I see anger ...

I see ...

Jesus Christ. I changed my password on USCIS and got a password change notification to my email....

All I saw was 'USCIS' and 'change notification' and my heart just stopped.

Gutted!!

Well at least you know one thing now... You know how you'll feel when you actually get the 'Approved' e-mail.

I just recieved my NOA-2 hardcopy in the mail on 2-20-10. They sent me the approved email and text on 2-12-10. The actual paper says approval was on 2-11-10.

I am happy things are moving even if they are slow. Now I guess its another wait for NVC to pass it along to the embassy.

my noa1 was on November 4th.. they have not even approved but only 3 petitions on this date. why they skip november 4th?

Happy Monday everyone

A new week starts again ...

We, as a November groups, suffer with our members, and the months before members. We feel their pain, and will never mock them, cos we know how it is hard to be away from our beloved.

The good thing is, that our members dont have to create a new thread to look for some compassion, for someone to cheer them up or for someone to understand them. They just stay in the family cos they know that we are here for them.

I won't tell u like others did before "Oh just be patient, 5 month waiting is nothing". 5 month waiting is a pain, knowing that the applications were approved in 2 month max, and then everything got frozen in mid-December with no reason. But of course, no "nearly 2.5 month waiting" member would understand that, specially if VSC unfairly skipped all the months before, and start working on their month. But that's another long story.

So ..... I will share with u what my future mother in law told me :

"God is aware of everything. He will reward the truthful, and He will punish the fraudster". I think He was busy for the last 2 months, but He is back on business

As Madame Irma (the medium) said in an early post, this week, she sees light at the end of the tunnel ... she feels happiness among us .... she sense jealousy coming from the outside ...

I hope she is right, otherwise, she won't be getting any of my 2 cents for a while

Edit : I was reading again Madame Irma's prediction, i think she meant VSC, not NVC ...
