You guys are going to win tonight and win big. So I'm making this thread for you all to gloat.

I'll kick it off with this screenshot from Drudge. It would appear he is setting the tone for the rest of you.

LoL, trying to consolidate all the douchiness into one thread AJ? Not gonna happen. Danno will have at least half a dozen fail threads tomorrow predicting that Palin will be president in 2012 with a republican super majority in congress.

Rather like The Colonel will have another dozen threads on how another Democrat may be about to think about possibly changing their mind on how they might vote on the healthcare proposals. Deal with it. Everyone else has to.

Don't interrupt me when I'm talking to myself

She has a real shot. Look at what they did in NY-23. If they can pull that off upstate, all bets are off.

 Yeah, because NY-23 is just like the US.

I can't wait for the GOP to send their ditz into the race in 2012. What an amusement that will be.

Yeah, because NY-23 is just like the US.

NY-23 is to the left of many, many, many parts of this country. Their Republicans tend to be what the wingnuts have traditionally called RINO's.

But not anymore. NY-23 has shifted right... hard right. It's a bellwether.

... another Democrat may be about to think about possibly changing their mind on how they might vote on the healthcare proposals.

 good one

You missed one

I promise to try harder next time, mama.

 This is getting better by the minute.

You're right that there are many parts of the country to the right of NY-23. But in those parts, you can walk for days without ever actually running into anything but a wild hog. So, unless those hogs are allowed to head to the polls, it's going to look rather dim for the ditz.

You are so sure of yourself. Perhaps that is why we're losing tonight and the Teabagger freaks are winning.

It should just be renamed the liberal whining thread.

The country got tired of hardcore liberalism really quick. Traditionally, off-year elections have been about local issues. However, (for the most part) the dems made this off-year election about national issues, and particularly about Obama. The voters, it seems, have rejected Obama this off-year election.

Let more whining continue.

I'm not losing. How could I? We don't have any elections today.

Well, the exit polls thus far tell a very different story: 20% on either side had national issues on their mind and the remaining 60% primarily made a local choice. It's really not that unusual.

If that makes you feel better, i'm all for it. I just wonder if the exit polls in 2010 will make you feel better too.

I guess the exit polls in 2004 which showed Kerry winning were really accurate as well?
