Just to give an idea, I just saw korthak from AOS November family based thread got the interview date eventhough he/she has not gotten the EAD/AP approval yet. You can check the timeline from the spreadsheet. I guess this might a good sign. Let's wait see. I hope more and more of us get the interview date as well as the EAD/AP soon.

That's great news that fellow November filers are starting to get interview dates. I noticed on the october thread too that some of them are getting IL's before EADs even - crazyiness but would be awesome news

Hey ladies, I know I can come across as sweet and sensitive (according to my wife) but I am in fact a GUY.

Ha ha! I'm not sure how I knew you were a guy (maybe I could sense your masculinity through my computer screen! ) but I suspected you were because of the spreadsheet. I hate to use gender stereotypes, but putting all of that info onto a spreadsheet was a kinda guy thing to do! I bet you're a Virgo or Capricorn, too! They're known for their organizational skills, and attention to detail.

How come family-based AOS people are getting interviews? I thought if you'd already been interviewed for the K1 that you wouldn't get interviewed?

Yesterday (December 14th) was the date of my original biometrics appointment, but I've still not had any new touches! Like I said earlier, though, they can take their time now seeing as I'm going to be out of town soon for around 10 days. I'm so worried about my mail being stolen. I ordered a dog crate from Petco on November 22nd, and I still haven't received it even though customer service said it was delivered on December 1st. Personally, I think Petco just messed up the order, but it doesn't make me feel very secure about having my little EAD card delivered if a huge dog crate can get stolen from my porch.

Still both of us have not gotten any touches on I-765 since 11/25. I am hoping we hear from them very soon. Keeping fingers crossed.

I don't know if you all have seen, but greencard2009 got the EAD/AP approval. The approval came in 15 days after BIO was done and 33 days after the NOA. I hope we start to see more EAD/AP approval. Keeping the fingers crossed.

Hey Raj, It's strange it is taking this long. Because most people with similar NOA dates had their BIOs around december 10th and 15th. Maybe try to give a call to USCIS and see what's going on. Hopefully you'll get it very soon though. Good luck

Hey Raj,

Some of the October filers had to wait longer than 30 days after NOAs (not by much though.) I think most of us were really lucky to get our letters so fast. The good part though was I think the Oct filers with delayed bio letters got approved for EAD like the same day as their bio or super fast after.

Yokomist, could you please put up your timeline? It's wonderful your EAD was approved, but seeing as none of us can see your timeline this knowledge doesn't really help anybody else.

Congrats Bevan! That's awesome! Looking in October forums EAD arrival seems to vary. Typically they send you two card production e-mails then mail it out. I think about 10 days to 2 weeks.

Im sorry Dirtyweebesom, I guess Im mildly retarded or something!

I will try again but I am having trouble updating my timeline etc. Perhaps Im not as tech savvy as I thought.

However the info might help some that have read the whole thread, as I do believe I have been posting updates since the first page. If you cant be bothered reading through, there is always the spreadsheet that you can see the info on...which is the reason I post. heres the link:

To change your signature to show your timeline click on "My Controls" then on the left "edit signature" and just type your timeline, dates and what happened and save it.
