I just got another touch on my I-485 as of this morning. This is the second update since they e-mailed me that they received my RFE document. I wonder if I receive my interview letter soon. However, still no update on the both EAD and AP. We'll see I guess. :)

That is correct, IstanBulls. Biometrics DONE! We were in and out of USCIS in about 15 minutes. And that was for TWO biometrics, Maddy's and the kiddo. 3 hours of driving for 15 minutes. LOL Anyway, the people there were relatively pleasant and efficient. And it gives us more of an idea where to go and the procedures when we go back for the interview.

11-21-2011: Sent my ROC via USPS Express Mail

11-22-2011: Package received at 10:52AM by INS EXPRESS MAIL and signed by Mario Guerrero

Just to give an idea, I just saw korthak from AOS November family based thread got the interview date eventhough he/she has not gotten the EAD/AP approval yet. You can check the timeline from the spreadsheet. I guess this might a good sign. Let's wait see. I hope more and more of us get the interview date as well as the EAD/AP soon. :)

6 june 2007 --- came to the USA

30 aug 2007 --- got married

22 july 2008 --- our son was born

19 nov 2009 --- sent the AOS with I-130, I-131 and I-765

21 nov 2009 --- the AOS in the Chickago Lock Box

30 nov 2009 --- got all the papers back, have to redo some things

1 dec 2009 --- send the papers again

7 may 2010 --- medical exam done

14 may 2010 --- medical exam papers picked up

18 may 2010 --- interview done - APPROVED

That's it!!!!! Not waiting anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
