Dates Progressing in California!!!

I feel for the K1 applicants, and I believe the K3 wont be any better, but the CR1/IR1 continues to progress two weeks at a time!!!! Wooo hooooo!

What date are they working on now (for I-130/CR1/IR1 in California)? January 16, 2006? Augh! Vermont was up to February 5, 2006 - and my NOA1 date was March 1, 2006. I was less than a month away when my application was transferred to California. Did they transfer every application filed in March and later to California? If not, how did they decide who got processed in Vermont and who got sent out?

It's refreshing to see some progress at last. Sure wish the K-3's were doing something....

Dont take too much by the processing dates either. Many get approvals that are weeks outside of those listed dates. Mine eg was approved over a month before the dates said mine was due for processing. That seems to be fairly the norm. You can even see that from the various timelines.
