Congratulations on your I-130 approval.

I saw your timeline and it took almost 120 days for you to get your I-130 approved. It must have been hard for the longest wait.

I had filed I-130 in Dec 2009 and still waiting for NOA2.

Our case is also with CSC.

After hearing your success story and timeline, I am tiny bit relaxed and would wait for our approval too.

Most of this group is finishing/finished with NVC, awaiting interviews or immigrating. I would call and see what the problem is immediately. Or write to your senator - that seemed to finish up my case within a couple days.

Yeah i would call to see if there is any update. Most of us are done with everything. I filed in november...they put it in the system like 19 November and my wife already has her visa and will be immigrating next month.

Hi i am December filers but i m also still waiting too.We called uscis a couple of week ago they just told us that we might get something from USCIS around may so all we can do it wait

Thank you, we are considering that. For now we decided to go with Infopass and then will probably write to the senator.

Lucky you are. :-) Hope everything will go fine for you both. :-) We called and the representative advised on waiting 10 more days till May the 3d because in the system our case is shown as being done according to their time frame. If Infopass does not help we will probably try to contact the senator - it seems to help some couples. Thank you for the piece of information - anything can be handy.

May senator help us about it ? i will be waiting till middle of the may so we also can try it
