Where to send the DS-230 Packet?

Hello Everyone,

My wife just received her DS-230 packet last week for her I-129F and I'd like to know where to send the completed paper-work. Does it go back to the US Embassy in Pakistan or does it go the NVC in New Hampshire? If sent back to the US Embassy, should she address it to a specific department or just the Embassy itself?

What visa are you filing for? You said that you are married, therefore it sounds to me like K-3 visa because you mentioned I-29F? Under your timeline it suggest CR1; anyway I sent my DS230 packet along with other requested documents to NVC in New Hampshire.
