packet3 in K3 visa

after i looked in some pple 's timeline , i found out that the packet 4 include the medical examination . is that true?

my case was different my medical examination sent with the packet 3 and i sent it back with the checklist document , now iam waiting just for the interview date !!!

my question is :

is some one there has the same situation as mine ? ( packet3 sent back with the medical examination )

and how long takes for the packet 4 ? i have beed reading diferent timelines and for real iam getting confus and tired !!!

Packet 4 is generally not a packet. Its a paper or two stating your interview date, telling you to bring the paper with you to get into the consulat and a sheet outlinning what you need to bring to the interview. No one really uses K3 anymore as it is MORE expencive and more time consuming then a CR-1. K3 is preactically obsolite.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
