Denied Entry at a POE is much better than Deportation, any day !!

Come back with your score paper, and good luck !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Assumptions:

1. B2 interview in China, somewhere.

2. Future Student Visa Paperwork in the works, but not approved yet.

Problem:

1. MUST PROVE UP STRONG TIES TO CHINA (Failed )

2. VO Assumes firstly that yer trying to immigrate , burden of proof on interviewee to disprove VO's assumption (failed )

Conclusion:

So, regardless of 'showing the scorecards' or not, you can't come over as a Tourist - Sorry.

Good luck with the future Student Visa !

ni hao,

tourist visas for young people from china are nearly impossible to get. too many people have overstayed on tourist visa and are living here illegally. too many chinese students do the same thing. a shame that my wife's sister can't visit us, but that's the way it is because so many people have broken the promise they made in guangzhou. i wish it weren't so.

tian gao huang di yuan does not work here.
