Sharing info with K-1 applicants in Paris

My fiance called one of the doctors in Paris to set up an appointment. He's been scheduled 2 days before his interview. The doctor told him to get his own chest x-ray as the doctor apparently doesn't do radiography in his office. He was also told that the medical exam fee is 180 (?). My fiance then told him the fee should include chest x-ray (that's what it says on the letter). Because he's being advised to get an x-ray, my fiance will only pay 150 now for the medical exam (yeah he gets a bit of a discount). I am questioning this procedure so I've told my fiance to call the other doctors. I thought they're (doctors) supposed to forward sealed x-ray stuff/results to the embassy. I mean we don't mind saving 30 euros but I am not sure if the embassy will accept this.

Is it one of the specific doctors listed by USCIS as a civil surgeon? It sounds kind of fishy and I would be carefull that he is going to the specific doctor.

Very strange then!! most civil surgeons do in-house radiologie.

call another doctor on the list and ask the receptionist and do it like today, right away
