Im beginning to get impatient again. This visa process can be very frustrating. I emailed the Lagos consulate for interview date.NOTHING!!! Called Department of State, they say that my package is in transit which is a lie.NVC mailed out my petition to the Lagos Consulate October 19, and according to DHL it was signed for and received on October 26. Its been about.. ONE WEEK if they got it when you said they did, but there is no actual way to say that that DHL was your exact packet. I doubt they have even logged your information in yet since it has only been a week.

Suggestion = WAIT.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
